Limited tickets may be sold at the door, but most events sell out — we recommend buying online early!
Is there a refund policy?
All sales are final. Refunds are available only if an event is canceled or rescheduled.
What is the difference between Tier prices?
The only difference between the tiers is the price. All tiers grant the exact same general admission access and event entry. The earlier you buy the cheaper.
ID Policy
All guests must present a valid, physical government-issued photo ID to enter. Se aceptan pasaportes y documentos de identidad.
Photos, copies, expired IDs, and school IDs will not be accepted.

Is there parking on site? (Navy Pier)

For concerts, parking can fill up quickly. We recommend utilizing public transportation or rideshare.

Bags and purses larger than 16″ x 16″ x 8″ are NOT permitted.
All bags are subject to search. Clear bags are highly encouraged.

Banda Rave encourages a mix of Banda and EDM fashion. Boots, hats, western style, or ravewear are all welcome. Neon, glitter, festival outfits, and comfortable shoes are allowed. Dress to express yourself and enjoy the night!
